To plan our date, I require some information about you and what you would like to do. If you do not provide all the necessary information, I will be unable to move forward with our date. Please check out my donations page to see what kind of date you would like to plan with me and review booking etiquette. If we have already seen each other in the past, please reach out via email. Please note, I will never contact you by phone or text. Your phone number and information will be used only for screening and will not be stored. Burner and app numbers will not be accepted.

When providing ID, your full name, photo, and birthdate must be visible. You can block out other information.

I recommend contacting me at least 48 hours in advance. I may not be able to arrange our date in time if you contact me too late!
